1.STANDARD TERMS

1.1Information on how to enter forms part of the terms of entry.

2.PROMOTER'S DETAILS

2.1The Promoter is Yahoo!7 Pty Limited (ABN 60 089 187 100) of Levels 2 and 3, Pier 8&9, 23 Hickson Rd, Millers Point NSW 2000 (the "Promoter").

3.WHO CAN ENTER?

3.1Subject to clause 3.2, entry is open to all residents of Australia.

3.2Directors, management, employees and their immediate families of the Promoter, m.Net Corporation Ltd, and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter.

4.HOW TO ENTER

4.1The Competition commences on Monday 19th January 2009 @ 00.01 AEDT and concludes on Saturday 31st January 2009 @11.59 AEDT ("the Competition Period").

4.2In order to enter, entrants must go online at http://y7.2mymob.com /eagle_eye/ and enter their details providing their first name and mobile number.

4.3All entrants in the Competition may enter as many times as they like.

4.4All entries must be received by Saturday 31st January 2009 @ 11.59 AEDT. The time of entry for online entries will be the time at which the completed online entry form is received by the Competition's database.

4.5All entrants under the age of 18 must obtain the prior permission of a parent or guardian over the age of 18 to enter.

5.PRIZES

5.1There will be five (5) winners in total (the "Winners"). Each Winner will win the prize as set out below.

5.2The prize package is as follows (the "Prizes"):

5.3Total Prize value is $979.00 inclusive GST. The Prize value is based upon recommended retail prices and is correct as at Wednesday 14th January 2009. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in Prize value between now and the ultimate date on which the Prize is taken.

5.4In participating in the Prizes, the Winners agree to participate and co-operate as required in all editorial activities relating to the Competition, including but not limited to being interviewed and photographed. The Winners grant to the Promoter a perpetual and exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the Winners will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

5.5The Winners agree they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.

5.6Prizes are not transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Winners should seek independent financial advice about any tax implications that may arise from the Prize winnings.

5.8Paramount Pictures will supply the Prizes and is solely responsible for all Prize fulfilment in respect of the Competition.

6.HOW TO WIN

6.1Each entrant who has entered the Competition over the Competition Period in accordance with clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions will be entered into the random draw. The first five (5) entrants randomly drawn from the pool of entrants will be the Winners.

6.2The draws will be conducted by m.Net Corporation Ltd. at its offices on Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Wednesday 4th February 2009 @ 11.00 AEDT.

6.3All Winners will be notified by a phone call on the day of the draw, and a letter advising the Winner's of their Prize will also be express posted. All Winners' details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 9th February 2009.

6.4The Promoter's decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.

6.5It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners must comply with all the conditions of use of the Prize and the Prize supplier's requirements. To the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions of the Prize supplier prevail.

6.6It is a condition of accepting the Prize that the Winners may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion.

6.7Subject to state government legislation an unclaimed Prize draw will be conducted by m.Net Corporation Ltd. at its offices on Level 2, 8 Leigh Street, Adelaide, South Australia 5000 on Tuesday 12th May 2009 @ 11.00 AEST and the Winners' details will be published in the Public Notices section of The Australian newspaper on Monday 18th May.

6.8In addition to any other rights, the Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or the operation of the Competition which is determined by the Promoter in its absolute discretion to be in violation of these Terms and Conditions.

7.NO LIABILITY

7.1In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to government legislation.

7.2The Promoter, m.Net Corporation Ltd, and their affiliates, associated agencies and companies will take no responsibility for any Prizes that are damaged or lost in transit, or for any late, lost or misdirected mail.

7.3 The Promoter, m.Net Corporation Ltd, and their affiliates, associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim suffered or brought by an entrant:

a)during the draw;

b)in the participation in any Prize;

c)as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; or

d)due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person.

7.4The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries, and reserves the right to take any action that may be available.

7.5If for any reason this Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition subject to government legislation.

8.GENERAL CONDITIONS

8.1This Competition is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

8.2By entering, you release and hold harmless the Promoter and their partners, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss or damage of any kind to persons, including death, or property damage resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any Prize, participation in this Competition, or while travelling to, preparing for, or participating in any Prize-related activity.

8.3The Promoter reserves the right to alter the Terms and Conditions, withdraw any Prize from the Competition, substitute any component of the Prize, or alter or cancel all or part of the Competition in its absolute discretion without notice, subject to state government legislation.

8.4In the event of a dispute, the Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

9.PRIVACY

9.1By entering this Competition you agree to the Promoter's use of your personal information as described on Yahoo!7's Privacy Policy http://privacy.yahoo.com /privacy/au. All entries become the property of the Promoter and your name may be included on a database. By entering this Competition you consent to the Promoter including your name in future mail, email, SMS or other campaigns.
